Our stay was overshadowed by the discomfort of tight parking spaces. Finding a spot for our van outside was inconvenient, and the bright rooms at night were a major distraction. Despite our efforts, the lack of proper blackout curtains ruined the serenity we sought.

I appreciated the variety of amenities available like pool access and various games, including air hockey and foosball, allowing for fun evenings together. The location was convenient, letting us walk to nearby Zermatt for breakfast. However, parking was a bit of an issue. the garages were tight, so we opted to park outside. Also, the rooms lacked blackout curtains, which meant some light at night and early morning for those who prefer darker rooms. Despite these minor inconveniences, the stay was enjoyable overall.

We had this spacious two-bedroom suite with enough room to fit everyone, it was a plus after long days out. The underground parking was a lifesaver, especially in the heat, despite the small indoor pool, it was the right temp for relaxing.
